Modification Form (Property)
- Submit request online; or
- Print form and return via mail/USPS.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their property in accordance with DeKalb County Code of Ordinances and the Circlestone governing documents.
- Most, if not all, external changes must be approved by the Board to ensure properties are maintained according to established standards as outlined in the governing documents.
- This form is REQUIRED and must be APPROVED before any exterior modifications or repairs are made to any property in the Circlestone Community.
- Failure to obtain written approval prior to work beginning will result in a fine up to $1500.00 per violation.
Homeowners/lot owners are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these governing documents and the laws governing homeowners' associations in Georgia.
